Our website enables users to save PDF versions of the entry forms for all of the UK Championships Golf League Tournaments.
How to download the PDF entry forms
Hover your cursor over the appropriate link (Individuals or Pairs) in the 'Download Entry Forms' box in the top right hand corner of the page.
Or - hover your cursor over one of these links:

Click the right hand button of your mouse and select 'save as'.
Browse your computer files and choose where you would like to save the entry forms. Click save.
You can choose to open the file now or you can find the file in the same way that you would normally find and open any file on your computer.
Once you have saved the PDF you can print it in the normal way.
What is a PDF?
PDF means Portable Document Format. A PDF is a document format that enables anyone to share and view documents without the need for the software that created the document. It is a completely safe document format.
To view a PDF you will need the Adobe Reader - a safe and free piece of software that you can download and install on your computer that will then enable you to view all PDF files.
How do I get the Adober Reader?
Click the button to go to the Adobe website to download the Adobe Reader.
